Position: Rehabilitation Coach
Tasks & responsibilities: Providing guidance, support and advice to both new rehabilitants as the multidisciplinary treatment team within the spinal cord injury department. Serve as role model and trainer for rehabilitants, conducting individual and group sessions. As I am the first person to be hired in such a role within the Netherlands, developing the role of the rehabilitation coach and its position within the organization is a big part of my day-to-day responsibilities.

Position: Customer Claims Specialist
Tasks & responsibilities: Ensure correct processing of customer claims, including returns, shipment and invoice claims. Provide support to customers in all their needs concerning claims and return requests by phone and e-mail. Investigate and process claims in a timely and audit compliant manner while keeping in touch with set SLA-targets. During my time in the Nike Customer Claims department, I was responsible for all of the Small Volume Accounts and Specialty stores within the Benelux region.

Tasks & responsibilities: Conciliation, matching and recruitment of temporary personnel and job openings, conducting progress and assessings meetings, payroll duties and invoicing. One of my most important tasks was managing a potential key‐account. I organized and coordinated a rework project where there were 40 people working daily for Tempo‐Team for a period of six weeks. Daily planning and invoicing were my core tasks during this project.

Ik ben een echte peoples-person. Ik communiceer graag met mensen op alle niveaus. Als spin in het web voel ik mij het meest op mijn plek. Door mijn sportachtergrond geef ik ook niet graag op en ga ik ergens voor de 100% voor, of helemaal niet.
Ik heb een excellente beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, een goede mondelinge beheersing van het Marokkaans-Arabisch en een redelijke beheersing van de Franse taal.
Verder heb ik kennis van softwarepakketten als Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop en SAP.
